Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically arrives 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Tracked next day arrives the next working day after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Times may vary during busy periods and public holidays.
Delivery costs
- Standard delivery: £3.49
- Standard delivery on orders of £50 and over: free
Rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email.
If your parcel does not arrive
Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date. If your parcel has not arrived by then, email support@somiihealth.co.uk with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
