Order acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.

Our right to cancel an order

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if payment cannot be authorised, if there is a pricing, product or stock error, if there are compliance concerns, or if fraud or misuse is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Delivery and returns
