Which is the point. You are on your phone at eleven, you look up, it is there. No trip to the kitchen cupboard, which is where good intentions go to die.

The evening supplement you gave up on did not fail because it did not work. It failed because it asked something of you at ten at night, which is the hour you have the least left to give.
Somii Night is a strip. It sits on your tongue and dissolves in about fifteen seconds. No water, no capsule, no glass to fetch, nothing to swallow. There is no version of your evening that this does not fit into, which is the entire reason we made it this way.
The detail, if you want it.
01
Six botanicals and actives, chosen deliberately
Passionflower, chamomile, saffron and tulsi. Alongside them, L-theanine and glycine.
The first four come out of Ayurveda and the wider herbal traditions of the Indian household, where tulsi grows by the door and saffron goes into warm milk at the end of the day. They have been part of evening rituals for a very long time. The last two come from modern nutrition science, and they are among the most studied compounds in the category.
That combination is not decoration. It is the thesis of the brand. Ancient ingredients, modern format, and nothing included because it looked good on a label. Six actives, every dose printed openly below, because a formula worth making is a formula worth showing.
02
Why a strip and not a capsule
Because the format is the habit. A supplement only works if you actually take it, and the honest reason most people stop is friction, not disbelief. Fifteen seconds and one deliberate movement is a ritual you can keep on the night you get in at midnight. A bottle on a shelf is a decision you have to make again every evening.
Cherry and mixed berry. Thirty strips. One month of evenings.
03
No melatonin
Melatonin is prescription-only in the UK, so you will not find it in anything sold on the high street. Somii Night is built around botanicals and amino acids instead, which was a design decision rather than a workaround.
One strip in the evening, around thirty minutes before bed. Place it on your tongue and let it dissolve. That is all of it.
The questions we actually get
Why a strip and not a capsule?
Because at eleven at night, fetching a glass of water counts as a project. The strip has not got a step.
I will forget. I always forget.
So leave it on the bedside table. You are on your phone anyway, you look up, it is there. That is most of the mechanism.
Is there melatonin in it?
No, and no caffeine either. Melatonin is prescription-only in the UK, so nothing on the high street contains it.
What does it taste like?
Cherry and mixed berry, and then nothing, because it is gone in about fifteen seconds.
Can I take it with other things?
Do not exceed two strips per day across the Somii range. If you take medication or are under medical supervision, speak to your doctor first.
Still here?
