How to use

One strip in the evening, around thirty minutes before bed. Place it on your tongue and let it dissolve. That is all of it.

What is in a trial pack?

Seven strips, each individually wrapped. The same strip as the full thirty-strip pack, just one week of it.

Why a strip and not a capsule?

Because every supplement you have given up on had a step in it. Water to fetch, a scoop to find, a lid to put back. The strip has not got a step.

What if I like it?

Move up to the thirty-strip pack, or the Ritual Set if you want both ends of the day. Same strip, a month at a time.

Is there caffeine in it?

Somii Day contains 60mg of caffeine per strip, from green tea, and is not recommended for children or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Somii Night contains no caffeine and no melatonin.

Can I take it with other things?

Do not exceed two strips per day across the Somii range. If you take medication or are under medical supervision, speak to your doctor first.
